Premium Systems

DaVinci Roof Systems

Authentic beauty. Engineered permanence. The definitive premium roofing system for Southern California homeowners who want the best—and never want to think about their roof again.

Premium Synthetic

The Look of Nature, Engineered to Last a Lifetime.

DaVinci Roofscapes produces premium synthetic roofing tiles that authentically replicate the look of natural cedar shake and quarried slate—without the maintenance, weight, fire risk, or long-term deterioration that come with the real thing.

Westmark Roofing installs DaVinci systems to DaVinci's specifications. Those standards exist for a reason: DaVinci requires specific installation methods to maintain the integrity of their product and warrant its performance. When we install a DaVinci roof, it's done to the manufacturer's exact specifications—every time.

Class A Fire Rating

The highest fire resistance classification available. Critical in California's fire-prone climate.

Class 4 Impact Rating

Maximum impact resistance. Withstands hail, debris, and severe weather without cracking or breaking.

Zero Moisture Absorption

Unlike real wood shake, DaVinci tiles don't absorb water—preventing rot, mold, and structural damage.

UV-Stable Color

Advanced UV and thermal stabilizers lock in color. DaVinci roofs look as good decades later as day one.

Product Lines

Two Systems. One Standard of Quality.

Westmark installs two DaVinci product lines. Both are backed by the same manufacturer warranty and installed to the same standard.

Warranty

The DaVinci Lifetime Limited Material Warranty

Every DaVinci roof Westmark installs is backed by DaVinci's Lifetime Limited Material Warranty — manufacturer coverage against defects that cause leaks, for as long as you own your home. Because we install to DaVinci's specifications, your roof meets the standard the warranty requires.

Lifetime Material Coverage

Manufacturer coverage against material defects that cause leaks for the lifetime of the original homeowner (50 years when the owner is a business or entity).

Full Replacement, Years 1–10

In the first ten years, DaVinci provides replacement tiles and pays installation costs (up to $350 per roofing square) — or refunds your original purchase price.

Color-Fade Protection

Covers fading beyond what's expected from normal weathering (more than 4 Hunter units, measured per ASTM D2244) for the first ten years, for the original owner. UV stabilizers keep the color true.

Transferable Coverage

The material warranty can transfer to new owners up to twice within the first ten years — real value if you sell, and a selling point at resale.

High-Wind Upgrade Available

When installed to DaVinci's high-wind instructions with the required contractor certification, coverage extends to winds up to 110 mph for the first five years (covered as a product-cost refund). Subject to DaVinci's warranty terms.

Installed to DaVinci Standards

Manufacturer coverage only applies when the roof is installed to DaVinci's specifications. Westmark installs every DaVinci roof to the manufacturer's exact spec.

How Coverage Works Over Time

Strongest in the Years That Matter Most

Years 1–10Full Replacement

DaVinci provides replacement tiles and pays the installation costs to put them on (up to $350 per roofing square) — or refunds your original purchase price. The material warranty can also transfer to new owners up to two times during this window.

Years 11–LifetimeContinued Material Coverage

Material coverage continues for the life of the home on a prorated schedule (with a minimum of 10% of the original product cost for homeowners), so qualifying defects stay protected for the long haul.

Coverage figures and schedules follow DaVinci's published Lifetime Limited Material Warranty.

Good to Know

Coverage applies to manufacturing defects that cause leaks under normal use — not damage from fire, hail, earthquakes, or other acts of God.
For insurable damage, homeowners file with their insurer first; qualifying costs beyond insurance may then fall under the DaVinci warranty.
The DaVinci warranty covers DaVinci tiles. Underlayment, flashing, and accessories are covered by Westmark's complete-system install and their own manufacturer warranties.
A high-wind upgrade — winds up to 110 mph for the first five years, paid as a product-cost refund — is available when the roof is installed to DaVinci's high-wind instructions with the required contractor certification.

All warranty coverage is subject to DaVinci's warranty terms, conditions, and limitations. Westmark installs to DaVinci's specifications and does not alter or extend the manufacturer warranty beyond its stated terms.

The Upgrade Conversation

Why Homeowners Upgrade from Asphalt to DaVinci

A complete GAF asphalt system is an excellent roof. DaVinci is a different category of product — and for the right home, the upgrade conversation is worth having.

Longer Real-World Lifespan

DaVinci carries a Limited Lifetime Material Warranty. The polymer composite doesn't age the way an asphalt shingle does — no granule loss, no UV-driven brittleness.

Zero Roof Maintenance

Asphalt is a wear surface that ages over time. DaVinci is engineered to look identical in year 25 to how it looked on install day.

Premium Curb Appeal

Authentic shake or slate aesthetic — not a printed shingle pattern. The visual difference reads from the curb and on the appraisal.

Better Long-Term Value

Higher upfront cost, lower lifetime cost. For homeowners staying long-term, the math typically favors DaVinci once you factor in not replacing the roof again.

Who It's For

Who DaVinci Is Worth It For

DaVinci isn't the right call for every homeowner. It's the right call for these four — and we'll tell you straight if you're not one of them.

The Long-Term Homeowner

If you plan to stay in your home 15+ years, DaVinci's lifetime material warranty means you're buying the last roof you'll ever own. The math typically pencils.

The Premium-Aesthetic Owner

If curb appeal and architectural fit matter more than the cheapest line item, the visual difference between DaVinci and even premium asphalt is meaningful — and reads from the curb.

The Low-Maintenance Owner

If you don't want to think about your roof again, DaVinci is engineered not to age the way asphalt does — no granule loss, no UV-driven brittleness, and minimal upkeep.

The High-Durability Use Case

Coastal exposure, fire-zone overlay, hailstorm risk — DaVinci is salt-immune, Class A fire-rated, and Class 4 impact-rated. The toughest residential roof we install.

If your situation doesn't fit any of these, a complete GAF asphalt system with the Golden Pledge is almost always the smarter call — and we'll say so.

Is DaVinci Right for Your Home?

A DaVinci roof costs more than architectural asphalt. It's an investment in a product that should outlast everything around it, require little to no maintenance, and never compromise on appearance or performance.

If you're replacing the roof on a forever home and want to do it once—with a system that performs at the highest level—DaVinci is worth the conversation.
